Are Spiffy products new? 

Spiffy offers below retail pricing on all items in our shop. You will find items which are new out of the box, items that have been on display in a staged home setting, as well as vintage, curated finds. We offer curated collections to suit many styles. Any items that are showing wear and tear or damage are further reduced to reflect their condition.


How do I know what condition an item is in before I make a purchase?

Rest assured we offer high quality merchandise. If you are concerned about the condition of an item you see on our online shop, feel free to call us with any additional questions or to make arrangements to see the item in person.


Can I see an item in person before making a purchase?

We are not a brick and mortar retail shop, but we do offer in person visits by appointment so just give us a call at (205) 202-1384.


Is the warehouse open to the public for shopping?

Beginning late summer/early fall, we plan to host monthly sales so be sure to subscribe to our e-newsletter and follow us on Instagram @sosospiffydesign to stay in the know!


When will my order be ready for pick up?

Most items will be available within 3 weeks of the time you place your order. Please call us at (205) 202-1384 to arrange pick up or delivery. We are open for pick ups on Fridays between 11am - 2pm or by appointment.


Where do I pick up my item once it is available?

We are located at 14 41st Street North, Birmingham, AL 35222


Once my item is available how long do I have to pick up my order?

Once your item is available for pick up we kindly ask that you retrieve your order within the next 10 business days if possible. Otherwise please contact us to discuss other arrangements.


Do you offer shipping or delivery?

We do not offer shipping, however we do offer delivery for a $130 fee to areas within a 15 mile radius of our location. 


What is your return/exchange policy?

While we hope that you love your purchase, we do understand that you may have purchased online sight unseen. If you are not satisfied upon pick up we will happily offer you a refund. Please bear in mind that once you have received your item there are no returns.
