Please note that some items listed for sale may currently be used in homes we have staged. These pieces are not lived on and remain in excellent condition. If your order includes one of these items, it will not be available for pickup until we have received the furniture back from the home. We will contact you promptly if this applies to your purchase.

Refund policy

Some items in our SPIFFY SHOP are not readily available for pick up or delivery, but should be available within 3 weeks of your order. Please call to see if the item you are interested in purchasing is on hand or on display at a staging location prior to picking up or requesting delivery.

While we hope that you love your purchase, we do understand that you may have purchased online sight unseen. If you are not satisfied upon pick up we will happily offer you a refund. Please bear in mind that once you have received your item there are no returns.
